History of The Barn Building

The Barn building was built in 1905 as the Douglas County Mercantile.  It later became C.H. Richardson Lumber Company. Lumber measurements are still evident at the entry of each shop. Time has brought The Barn back to its mercantile roots as the home of over 20 individual shops since 1998.
