Elsa's Heirlooms Margrit Mackey, Owner
A native of Germany, Margrit brings to her shop a wonderful tradition of European craftsmanship. Elsa's Heirlooms carries a selection of beautiful children's clothes including Christening gownsm, hand sewn by Margrit herself. Sparkling throughout are tiara's, jewelery, and purses for special occasions. Also available are collectible angels, children's tea sets and music boxes. Margrit has recently expanded to a second location, West side, upstairs. The original location now includes a choice selection of antiques, while the upstairs location carries children's clothes and and specialty sewing supplies, including lace, fabric, and special sewing needles.
Elsa's Heirlooms has just received a shipment from The Bearington Collection, featuring their new line of baby clothing which includes adorable jackets, blankets, terry cloth hug towels, bibs, teddy bears, etc.
Also new at Elsa's, if you are a quilter, we now carry Vintage Quilt Blocks of vintage American postcard scenes, pictures, cowboys/girls, western woman, Colorado etc., printed on soft cotton sateen, ready to incorporate into your quilts. Most of the fabric blocks are sized 4" x 6". The blocks include patterns for a quilted wall hanging.
